Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the Russian original. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

This Policy describes what data of users of the website https://klenvpn.com and the Klen VPN service is processed by the Klen VPN service (the “Provider”), why, and how it is protected. We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service.

1. What data we process

1. Contact: an email address or Telegram username — to issue and renew access and to contact you about the service.
2. Order details: the selected plan, amount, promo code, payment date, access expiry date and the payment ID at the payment agent.
3. Website technical data: IP address, request time and requested page — in web server logs, to protect against attacks and fix failures. Kept for a limited time.

We do not receive bank card or crypto wallet details: the payment is processed by the payment agent on its side. We do not ask for your name, documents or phone number.

While the VPN connection is active we do not log the resources you visit and do not store the content of your traffic.

2. Why we use the data

1. Issuing and renewing access, answering requests, refunds.
2. Keeping the Website and the Service secure and working.

We do not use the data for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with ad networks.

3. Storage and transfer

1. Data is stored on the Provider’s servers for the duration of access and a reasonable time after it ends that is needed to resolve possible disputes, and is then deleted or anonymized.
2. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent needed to provide the service: with the payment agent (to process payment) and hosting providers (to host the Service).

4. Data protection

The connection to the Website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the database is restricted to authorized persons only. Infrastructure access keys are stored only on the servers. Backups are made regularly.

5. Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion. Write to klenvpn@outlook.com from the contact you used at checkout; we reply within 10 business days. Deleting your contact before your paid term ends may make it impossible to restore access.

6. Browser storage

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your subscription link is saved only in your browser’s storage (localStorage) so you can open it again with the “My key” button; this data is not sent to the server. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.

7. Changes to this policy

A new version is published on this page and takes effect from the moment of publication.
